Feel Good Moving Again
What Chattanooga locals are saying
“So thankful that I started seeing Dr Bartosz after suffering for months with neck pain and stiffness. His treatment is not your typical chiropractic manipulation... I’m sleeping so much better and my neck pain and stiffness has completely subsided.”
“During each visit Dr. Bartosz listens to what I am experiencing with the kind of patience, understanding, and compassion few other medical professionals have shown. He is methodical, analytical, and precise in how he works with my structural misalignment. His QSM3 method has helped me more than any other treatment I’ve had.”
“I’ve been to 4 chiropractors in Chattanooga looking for someone that might have seen my problem before, and have advice or treatment. Dr. Bartosz was the only one...My slouch is gone and my head is up. Headaches and jaw pain are gone.”
“What I love about Dr. Bartosz is that he is concerned about your health as a whole, not just your back issues. Dr. Bartosz goes above and beyond to improve your health in anyway he can.”
Offering a Personalized Approach to Chiropractic Care
Dr. Bartosz has advanced training in the following adjusting methods
Hand & Foot Care
Comfortable advanced adjustments that alleviate hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder pain, relieve hip, knee, ankle, and foot pain and reverse flat feet. Many are told their hand or foot issue requires surgery, but hand and foot chiropractic can often help the body heal, surgery-free.
Upper Cervical Chiropractic
Using the QSM3 method, this adjustment focuses on gentle hand movements in the neck area. It is especially helpful for headaches and migraines, neck pain and realigning the entire spine. There is no twisting, snapping or cracking in the neck. It is appropriate for most anyone, even if you have fused vertebrae, artificial discs or other hardware.
Manual Spinal Decompression
This adjustment is done by the doctor, not a machine. It is a quick but dramatic full spine adjustment allowing expansion throughout the full length of the spine. This non-invasive, non-surgical option can especially help those with herniation or disc-related issues to reduce pressure on the nerves, or generally help anyone who feels a bit squished.
Just saying, Hi!
Hi! I’m Dr. Bartosz. I’m excited to share with you the things I’ve learned to bring the body back to health and thriving!
I love learning, working with my hands, and helping people. After a winding career path, and being passionate about healthy living, I realized I had a calling to help others through chiropractic.
Since an early age, I’ve been drawn to fix mechanical things, like bikes and cars. So many issues with those contraptions can be traced back to poor maintenance or using the wrong oil. The body is so much more complex, but the same lessons apply. I focus on working with you so your body has the proper alignment and nutrients for easy cruising. You can look forward to holistic care that leaves you feeling free, happy and energized.
All of us are wired to heal. With the right building blocks and the proper foundation, the body is able to move with ease, and from there, truly thrive.
After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic, I have continued to study and refine advanced chiropractic techniques with the best in the field. Through these studies, I have learned how much the forces of gravity truly affect us all, especially over time. The body’s “tensegral” design informs my approach with each patient. I found three key methods for releasing the built up tensions resulting from the force of gravity:
QSM3 is my foundational approach. I was drawn to this gentle, upper-cervical adjusting style with such powerful results. Objective laser measurements guide me consistently in this method to ensure the spine is realigning properly.
Manual spinal decompression can create more space and ease in the body, quickly undoing years of compression that has been loading on the spine. While most doctors will set up patients for spinal decompression with a machine requiring upwards of 20 sessions, my manual spinal decompression approach is much more efficient, with patients seeing results within 6 visits.
Initially while earning my D.C. from Palmer, students learned how to adjust hands and feet, or “extremities,” in a very general way. Though these adjustments are helpful for many, they are too general for most people with hand and foot issues, and on top of that they are not very comfortable. While my patients had great results with their spinal and general health, quite a few would mention needing particular remedies for hands and feet. I decided to dive deep and am now a fellow with the Chiropractic Hand and Foot Clinics of America. These specific adjustments effectively treat hand and foot pain in a comfortable manner. They can be an effective non-surgical intervention for many patients who have been told surgery is the only option to alleviate hand or foot pain.
I hope to meet you soon so you too can benefit from the freeing power of personalized chiropractic care in Chattanooga!
